The iron grill at the Jail Road Market Road, after standing broken for a long time is being removed now. The gap thus created encourages two-wheeler riders to take a short cut. "This poses a great threat to the moving traffic. Since this is a popular market, the shortcuts on the busy road can be dangerous. Why can’t authorities put new grills here," asks a commuter.
